Born and raised in Bolivia, my passion for pastry began early. I studied culinary arts in Santiago, Chile, then hospitality and tourism back home in Bolivia. In 2002, I moved to Orlando and began my hospitality career with Loews Hotels at Portofino Bay, later working with Marriott, Rosen Hotels, and other renowned properties. Every cake I create reflects my commitment to quality, artistry, attention to detail, and genuine care for my clients.
